controller is Yaşarsan Soğutma Sanayi ve Ticaret Limited Şirketi (“Yaşarsan Soğutma”). This notice explains how personal
data collected through yasarsansogutma.com is processed.

This website has no membership or account system. Personal data is processed only when you complete the quotation and contact form. Unless you submit the form, no data identifying you is stored.

Purposes of processing
- To answer your quotation or information request and to contact you
- To record your request and follow up on the process
- To prevent misuse and unsolicited submissions through the form (IP address and browser information are kept for this purpose only)
Legal grounds
Name, telephone, e-mail, company, city, product selection and message data are processed under Article 5(2)(c) of the Law, on the ground that processing is directly related to the conclusion or performance of a contract. IP address and browser information are processed under Article 5(2)(f), on the ground of the legitimate interests of the data controller, for the purpose of system security.
Transfers
Your personal data is not sold, rented or transferred to third parties for marketing purposes. Data is stored on the server hosting this website. The server is located in Türkiye and hosting is provided by Netinternet.
When the form is submitted, a notification e-mail is generated to inform us that your request has arrived. This notification is delivered through our corporate e-mail infrastructure to Yaşarsan Soğutma staff only.
Retention period
Form records are retained for 30 days and are deleted at the end of that period. If your request leads to a contractual relationship, the relevant data is then retained for the period required by commercial and legal record keeping obligations.
Your rights
Under Article 11 of the Law, you may apply to the data controller and request to:
- Learn whether your personal data is being processed
- Request information if it has been processed
- Learn the purpose of processing and whether the data is used accordingly
- Know the third parties to whom data is transferred, in Türkiye or abroad
- Request correction if the data is incomplete or inaccurate
- Request erasure or destruction within the conditions set out in the Law
- Request that correction, erasure or destruction be notified to third parties to whom the data was transferred
- Object to an adverse outcome arising from analysis carried out solely by automated systems
- Claim compensation for damage arising from unlawful processing
